Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 48-72hrs of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, including any tags or labels. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@larawans.com within 48-72hrs of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Larawans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
- International Returns: For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process.
Exchanges
